For small tours, sleighs, or taxi service we require a 48 hour cancellation. Anything less than 48 hours will incur a full charge.

For weddings, parties, large reservations, holiday reservations, reservations longer than one hour, or any reservation that requires transportation of horse and carriage, we require a 2 week cancellation. Any cancellation made with less than two weeks notice, will incur the full charge.

There is a $50 booking fee. Once the reservation is made, if you cancel outside of the 48 hour or 14 day cancellation time, you will be refunded any deposits minus a $50 booking fee.

A 50% deposit is required on all reservations to hold the date and time.
