Create memories that will last forever as you indulge in the pleasure of a Rocky Mountain tradition. The Aspen Golf Course is the perfect backdrop for an exhilarating one horse open sleigh ride pulled by one of our majestic draft horses. Your half hour ride takes you across the open fields of glistening snow. With you and your loved ones snuggling under cozy blankets, sipping hot chocolate, while the sleigh bells ring in the crisp winter air, it's the perfect vacation treat. A thrilling event for young and old!

Please call 970-925-3394 to schedule your ride (The schedule often fills up 24-48 hours in advance). Public sleigh ride fees are $35 per adult and $20 per child under age 12. Typically we run sleigh rides out at the golf course Wednesday through Saturday from 1 until 5 pm. Our sleigh will comfortably hold 5 adults. Depending on ages of kids, we have easily fit 8 or 9 total, with a couple of kids on laps. For larger groups please consider a private sleigh ride.

..... ake it a Norman Rockwell vacation with one of our private sleigh rides as we share the old world romance of our mountain paradise with you . We'll pick you up in town with one of our elegant carriages and take you out to the sleigh course. Your sleigh trip starts with a short jaunt down through pinion and aspen forests , then takes you through a pristine meadow, along the Roaring Fork River . We park under beautiful huge pine trees to serve hot chocolate or hot apple cider, and snap photos by the bridge. Then we dash back across the meadow and up through the forest back to the carriage for the ride into town. We can return you to your hotel or drop you off at a restaurant in town if you like. You'll never hear the sound of jingle bells again without being drawn back to this magical moment of time when for a brief period you were transported back to a wistful bygone era.

You have the choice of three sleigh sizes to fit your group. The average outing time with carriage ride to and from town is 60 – 75 minutes. You also have the option of a dazzling daytime sleigh ride or a dash under starlit skies.

Small one horse open sleigh – for a romantic ride or for small families. Suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults one child. $250
Medium one horse open sleigh – vis a vis style – perfect photo ops. Seats 4 adults or up to 6 with kids. $250
Large two horse open sleigh. Accommodates 8 adults or as many as 12 with some children on laps. $350
