For small tours, sleighs, or taxi service we require a 48 hour cancellation. Anything less than 48 hours will incur a full charge.

For weddings, parties, large reservations, holiday reservations, reservations longer than one hour, or any reservation that requires transportation of horse of carriage, we require a 2 week cancellation. Any cancellation made with less than two weeks notice, will incur the full charge.
